A Wonderful Seder For All
An enjoyable sedar was celebrated at Springhouse, complete with all the traditional fare. Two hundred matzo balls were prepared along with 66 and a half pounds of brisket and 10 bottles of wine. The Hagadah (prayer book) was lead by our own residents Sarah Liberman, Shirley Cohen and Frank Blatt and the candles were lit by Ruth Lubot (as it was also Shabbat since the first night of Passover fell on Friday night.) The kitchen prepared individual sedar plates for each table. As of this writing…we are still looking for the afikomen!
The residents of Springhouse enjoyed this special holiday together.
