Springhouse Hosts Lecture On Alzheimer’s

Dr. Robert Stern, who is Professor of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Anatomy and Neurobiology at Boston University School of Medicine, and Director of the Clinical Core of the BU Alzheimer’s Disease Center and co-founder of the BU Center for the Study of Traumatic Encephalopathy made the presentation entitled Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia 2015: Reasons for Hope.

His other major areas of funded research include the assessment and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, the cognitive effects of chemotherapy in the elderly, thyroid-brain relationships as well as driving and dementia.
